Project Description
A 26 week project comprising the refurbishment of a former secondary school together with multiple single storey extensions and associated external works to form the new Centre4 Community Centre.
Centre4 (formerly Second Avenue Resource Centre) was established in 1995 and exists to support the regeneration of North East Lincolnshire. It is a vibrant Hub that offers services and activities to the local community as well as incubator space for small businesses and social enterprises.
The project achieved a BRREAM very good rating.
